Using the jEKEP™ mobile application, it is possible to enter a full protocol of currently carried out business activities directly at the place of their implementation.

The functionality available in the application gives exactly the same possibilities to the protocol preparer as the browser version of the jEKEP™ System.

From the application you can:

• add a new protocol and the protocol number will be assigned automatically depending on the configuration
• when adding a protocol, you can select the type and name of the work performed from the dictionary or enter your own description
• when determining work intensity, we can choose units and unit costs
• If we used any materials while performing the activities, they can be entered in the protocol
• The same applies to contractors
• An additional option is to attach any photos or documents to the report
