The Electronic Hunting Record Book (EKEP™) was supposed to be an integral part of the "System for Wheels" system, which our company wrote for the Polish Hunting Association, which has not signed a contract with us for six years and has not paid for the work performed, which forced us to to go to court. In the near future - by court decision - the Polish Hunting Association will be forced to stop illegal use, which means that hunting clubs will lose all data, which is why we offer their free transfer from the PZŁ server!

You can also start working with system.ekep.eu yourself, in To do this, you need to create an account for the club. There are two possibilities:

• registration of the wheel by NIP - here
• wheel registration using exported data from the Wheels system - here

After creating an account, the person registering the club will receive information about the club's creation via e-mail - if you do not receive the e-mail, it is worth checking whether it has not been sent to SPAM.

After registering the club - either via the Tax Identification Number or by importing data - the registering person has only the role of the KŁ Administrator - he must assign other roles to himself, e.g. the role of the Hunter. After assigning additional roles, log out and log in to the system again.
